**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a professional with a background as a stewardess, particularly from Malaysia, to take on the pivotal role of Executive Travel Coordinator and Personal Assistant to our Chairman. **Responsibilities**:

- **Travel Coordination**:_
- Accompany the Chairman on travels, managing all logistics for a smooth trip.
- Handle travel bookings, hotel reservations, visa processing, and local transportation arrangements.
- Keep track of document expiration dates and loyalty program updates to ensure uninterrupted travel.
- Advise on international travel regulations and assist in the efficient handling of travel-related expenses.
- Being responsible in packing and unpacking all luggage and belongings properly without any damage.
- **Scheduling and Communication**:_
- Manage the Chairman's calendar, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence.
- Draft business communications and manage document flow to ensure proper handling and confidentiality.
- Receive chairman’s guest, and assist in official/unofficial requirements and arrange it for their satisfactory stay.
- **Personal Assistance**:_
- Provide personal valet services to Chairman including shopping, arranging delivery of flowers / gifts on a variety of occasions as directed.
- Manage the Chairman's personal wardrobe, belongings, and dietary and medical needs.
- Managing housekeeping duties and ensure proper housekeeping standard.
- Ensure all routine / ad-hoc bills related to Chairman are paid on time without any follow up from vendors / operators.
- Handle all other personal matters and run errands for the Chairman as instructed.

**Requirements**:

- Ex-stewardess/ Ex-flight attendants are encouraged to apply.
- High level of honesty, discretion, and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to be punctual, hard-working, and a strategic thinker.
- Technical Skills Ms office suite, Net-savvy, techsavvy.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards is essential
