Reception work & data entry
- Maintaining stock and production records
- Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties
- Answer phones & scheduling appointments
- Other ad hoc tasks given by superior
- Creating Delivery Order, Purchase Order, Invoices, Quotation etc. documents
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Updating the company's quality management system files.
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment orders to meet customer demands and avoid stockouts.

- Pleasant personality, well-groomed and good telephone etiquette
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (word, Excel, power point)
- Proficient in Bahasa Melayu and English
- Proven experience as front desk representative or relevant position is an added advantage.
