General Admin HR Clerk

Responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks not limited to using PC for data entry, doing calculations using formulas, document photocopy, scanning, printing, cutting, binding, filing, etc.
- HR tasks not limited to maintain all employee records, discipline / grievance handling, recruitment of production staffs, issue medical chit, update leave records, double check invoices before pass to superior.
- Other tasks assigned from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year experience in administrative position.
