**_The Position: _**

We are looking for an HR manager to lead our HR team. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To perform well in this role you should have experience as an HR manager, or other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.

**_Responsibilities: _**

Primary responsibilities include:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiative aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Establish clear and proper HR SOPs across all HR functions.
- Maintenance of all job platforms (job postings and updates) and actively involved in recruitment processes for key senior and executive level positions.
- Prepare, review & processing monthly payroll and respond to queries related to statutory payment.
- Conducting performance and wage reviews by liaising with departments on performance appraisal on a yearly basis.
- Employee relations (e.g. grievance and feedback management, disciplinary management)
- Provides support and guidance to management team and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issue arise.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resources management.

**_Qualifications: _**
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource.
- At least 2 years working experience in the HR field.
- Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Power Point. Familiar with current Social Media platforms.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and efficiently.
- Supervisory responsibilities.
