**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Well versed in E-Perolehan and tender processing with government.
- Familiar with tender costing and handle simulation program to the Management.
- Call prospective customers via all available methods as required to ensure defined business and activity goals are met.
- Influences customers to buy KYOCERA Copier / Printer and Services by following a prepared sales talk to give services and product information and price quotations.
- Handle quotation process starting from customer sales inquiry till confirmation of order.
- Assist superior in updating and checking the status of contracts for termination/expiry/renewal/extension/ relocation and ensure the list is up to date.
- To perform and assist any general administration task or Ad-Hoc assignments as required by the Management.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Possess Min Diploma in Business Studies / Social Sciences / Administration / Management or any related field.
- Preferably at least one (1) year of related working experience.
- Required skill(s): Proficient in Ms. Office.
- Required language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia (Written & Spoken)
- Good Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
- Ability to speak Mandarin or Japanese will be an added advantage.
- Good in Public relations and strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Have an excellent telephone manner and be approachable.
- Initiative, trustworthiness, self-motivated, Independent, fast, flexible, dynamic, and beliefs in continual growth and learning.

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
