Pharmanovia’s therapeutic areas include Cardiovascular, Oncology, Endocrinology and Neurology.

**About the role**:
This is a key leadership role within our APAC team, and you will be responsible for managing Pharmanovia’s business in Southeast Asia (SEA) markets, establishing strong relations with our distribution partners and their sales and marketing teams in the markets.

You will provide strategic commercial direction in order to achieve Pharmanovia ambitious performance objectives across all key geographies.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Full P&L responsibility for the profitable development of the regional business. Achieving company revenue and profit targets.
- Maximising brands and product lifecycle opportunities, ensure successful promotion, reimbursement and supply of products, as well as integration and launch of new products in the region.
- Identification of various routes to markets, optimising geographical and product presence in each territory.
- Leading the successful launch of new products developed by the in-house New Product Development team.
- Establishing, managing and driving strong business relationships with distributors and partners, providing strategic direction for Pharmanovia’s products in the region including partner selection, contract negotiations, alliance management, supply & tender management.
- Establishing and strengthening promotional activities and commercial operations with commercial and distribution partners to ensure efficient alignment of all initiatives and to optimize the impact of all planned activities.
- Planning and execution of the portfolio management strategy, oversee sales force training requirements, forecasting, monitoring, analysis, inventory management, portfolio optimization and commercial deals with global commercial, marketing team, and the commercial/ distribution partners.
- Ensuring all commercial and distribution partners’ contractual KPIs are monitored and share best practices of commercial and distribution partner management and build up performance management/KPI reporting.
- Ensuring effective cross-functional engagement and alignment of strategies/plans with other internal functions including Commercial, Scientific Affairs, Regulatory, Pricing, and Market Analysis to ensure outstanding execution.
- Work closely with Global Supply Chain to optimise the continuity of supply of products to relevant markets, providing volume sales forecasts and monitoring stock with distribution partners.
- Provide timely business updates and performance reviews, budgets and forecasts, submissions of reports and budgets for the region.
- Adherence of the Pharmanovia’s values & policies and to local business conduct requirements and legislation, provide guidance and local expertise while interfacing and collaborating with Headquarters and global functions, ensuring a strong and collaborative team working culture and strategic alignment to our global strategies and initiatives.
