**Job Description**:

Position Summary:
Promotes and sells a portfolio of technical and/or nontechnical products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new end customers. Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships for an assigned group of customer accounts that may include major strategic customers within a geographic or industry focus. Identifies, develops and closes new sales opportunities. Creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers. Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account; may conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage list of customer accounts within product range or assigned district, pursue prospects, promote products, offer solutions & achieve sales targets
- To establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans, prioritize and schedule own activities to make sure these targets are met
- To visit existing and new customers
- To assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services
- To negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets
- To build positive relationships with customers and generate future sales and repeat business
- To liaise with Product Team on sales feedback, stocks and marketing programs
- To establish appropriate credit lines within the limit of authority
- To increase sales distribution and expand channel distribution network
- Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned market
- Participate in sales and marketing activities, including outdoor promotions and product launches
**Requirements**:
- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science/IT/Sales Marketing or related field
- Minimum 5 year of working experience in IT/Distribution sales
- Knowledge in IT enterprise solutions is an added advantage
- Able to work in a team
- Have good presentation and communication skills
- Motivated and able to work independently
