Partnership and Channel Management Executive

We are seeking an experienced Partnership and Channel Manager who will play a pivotal role in expanding our network and enhancing our service offerings. This position involves crafting and maintaining strong relationships with partners, both existing and new, to facilitate business growth and meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to build and strengthen relationships with partners across various channels.
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential partners and outreach initiatives.
- Organize and lead meetings with potential partners to negotiate and execute partnership agreements.
- Identify and establish new partnerships, focusing on creating white label and referral opportunities.
- Maintain and enhance existing partnerships, ensuring continued collaboration and mutual growth.
- Understand and effectively communicate our value proposition to potential partners and clients.
- Drive B2B sales through strategic partnership initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership goals with company objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Regularly review and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in partnership, channel management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successful B2B selling and partnership development.
- Strong understanding of business services and the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting, with a high degree of self-motivation and discipline.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
