Handle inbound call for inquiries (support electronic news system, google calendar, google product solution ).
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Will need to add additional ad-hoc assignment when assigned by the company or management team.
- Starting from 1-months contract, will be extend or convert based on performance and working attitude
**Location**: Puchong
**Working Hour**: 24 hours Shift (4 days)
Shift - 6am - 6pm. 6pm-6am 24/7 (work 4 days per week)
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
