**Overview**:
In the role of Executive Assistant to the Director, a pivotal function is ensuring the smooth operation of the director's office and providing support for their diverse responsibilities. The multifaceted duties include administrative support, office management, project coordination, communication liaison, event planning, and assistance with special projects and research.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:

- Manage the director's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

**Office Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the director's office, ensuring seamless workflow.
- Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders on behalf of the director to facilitate smooth operations.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring optimal levels for efficient functioning.
- Ensure the office environment is organized and conducive to productivity.

**Project Coordination**:

- Assist in the planning, execution, and follow-up of various projects and initiatives.
- Track deadlines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate project progress and address any challenges.
- Prepare project-related documentation and reports as required.

**Communication Liaison**:

- Serve as a central point of contact between the director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Communicate directives, decisions, and updates effectively to relevant parties.
- Facilitate information flow within the organization to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
- Draft, proofread, and edit communications on behalf of the director to ensure clarity and consistency.

**Special Projects and Research**:

- Conduct research on various topics as assigned by the director, compiling data and analysing findings.
- Prepare summaries or presentations based on research findings to support decision-making.
- Assist the director in special assignments, strategic planning, or other ad hoc tasks as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management or Master in Business Administration (preferred)
- At Least 1 - 3 years proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, demonstrating capability and reliability.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information with integrity.

Adaptability and ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
