Position Information

Position Title: Customer Service Executive (Admission/Discharge)
Industry: Healthcare Industry
Location: Shah Alam
Working Days: Rotational Basis

Job Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree holders with 2-3 years working experience in Third Party Administration (TPA) / Insurance Industry / Hospitality Industry
- Must be able to read and write English & Bahasa Malaysia due to clientele portfolio
- Able to read Doctors writing and diagnosis
- Familiar with medical terms
- Willingness to work late / on shift/ work as/ when required
- Possess own transport

Job Responsibilities:

- Assess the Admissions/Discharge case accordance to the insurance's policy terms and conditions
- Collect and ensure all the documents received are completed that is required for the Guarantee Letter(GL) issue
- Issue GL for the request coming via E-Fax, dedicated E-mail from client and phone calls
- Followup with hospital on documents
- Calling hospital to confirm received on the Outpatient (OP) GL

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
