- Able to communicate well in both English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate and internet savvy.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment, independent, customer-focused, result-oriented & disciplined.
- Willingness to work late/on shift as or when required.
- Adhere to the 24/7 Call Centre operation and scheduling.
- Possess own transport.
