**Your role at Exness**:
You will be responsible for contributing to our further growth and development by building, maintaining, and growing a portfolio of retail clients and partners by increasing their number, lifetime, and value to the company. You will work with a team of professionals with different skill sets who support each other in delivering impactful results. **You can begin working remotely from your home city or any other location, and relocate to Southeast Asia after the first 2 or 3 months.**

**You will**:

- Work under the supervision of the key account manager to achieve goals and targets.
- Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of clients and partners.
- Create a pipeline of potential high-value clients and partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients or partners and Exness.
- Handle client and partner relationships and coordinate issue resolution.
- Develop a deep understanding of the industry, the respective market, and competitive analysis.
- Understand the partner's business activities and client's needs.
- Ensure compliance with and adherence to Exness business, regulatory, and brand guidelines.

**What we expect from you**:

- Experience as a telesales representative or other sales or customer-service role
- Associate's or bachelor's degree
- Track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Goal-oriented, innovative, professional, and cooperative mindset, with an eagerness to learn
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to present products over the phone, deal with complaints and doubts, and resolve issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both **Japanese and English**
