Group HR Manager

[RN] Our client is one of the top local video producers and marketers.
**Job Scope**:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to support the overall business objectives.
2. Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent for all three companies.
3. Develop and implement employee's onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
4. Manage employee performance evaluation and appraisal processes, providing guidance and support to managers.
5. Oversee employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and competencies across the organizations.
6. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures as necessary.
7. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
8. Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain high-performing employees.
9. Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
10. Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
11. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as an HR manager, preferably in a multi-company or group HR role.
2. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
3. Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
5. Strong leadership abilities to manage and develop HR teams across multiple companies.
6. Ability to analyze data and provide insights to drive HR strategies and decision-making.
7. Knowledge of compensation and benefits programs and administration.
8. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
9. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
10. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
11. Proven experience in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
12. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
13. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
14. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
15. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
16. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
17. Willingness to travel between company locations as required.
**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
