Human Resources Administrator

2) Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
3) Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and
grievances.
4) Foster a positive work environment by promoting effective communication and conflict resolution.
5) Implement and oversee performance evaluation processes, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
7) Identify opportunities for employee development and career advancement.
8) Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
9) Maintain accurate Payroll records of employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related data.
10) Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
11) Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits and facilitate enrollment processes.
12) Oversee general administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings.
13) Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
14) Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs as needed to ensure a safe and functional work environment.
15) Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for facility-related services.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
