The Project Document Controller reports to the Project Manager and is responsible for the document control and management in the project division which covers base build projects, tool hook-ups and sustaining works.

I. DAILY TASK
- Implement and maintain document control processes and procedures.
- Develops and maintains the projects department documents control register.
- Set up, copy, scan, upload, and scan documents following set procedures.
- Maintains updated records of all approved documents and drawings in the Document Archive and the File Server with easy traceability.
- Manage all flows of documents either in electronic form or on paper support.
- Maintains the files, control logs and master documents register as required by the project procedures.*
- File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.
- Ensure Document Management accordingly to established procedures or standards (documents numbering, formats, issuance, review, dispatch, recording, and archiving).
- Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary and ensure they are up to date.
- Ensures that all documents have no errors in filenames, revisions, submissions etc. before submitting it to the recipient department/party to avoid confusion.
- Make sure that the controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are distributed internally and externally (clients and suppliers).
- Ensuring the use of standardized forms and templates.
- Manage the processes around documentations within the organization.
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation.*
- Train employees on how to use and access the documents.

II. RESPONSIBILITIES

The Project Document Controller is responsible for maintaining day to day project activities in order to meet departmental operations.
- Awareness of proper documentation safekeeping and tracking.
- Awareness on safety requirements, cleanroom protocol and site security rules & regulation.
- Continuous to grow in competencies and multi-skills set by management.
- Maintaining good records of attendance.*
- Perform other related duties as and when required.

III. QUALIFICATIONS

Possess minimum Diploma in any fields or at least SPM with 2 years of related working experience.

Must maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties of the Document Controller and also to demonstrate the following personal attributes:

- Be flexible
- Demonstrate sound work ethics

The Project Document Controller must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:

- Communication and Writing skills.*
- Kinetics business - product and services

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
