**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Office Management**:
Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Manage office supplies, place orders, and ensure sufficient stock levels.
Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and services.

**Communication and Correspondence**:
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
Draft, proofread, and edit documents, correspondence, and reports.

**Calendar Management**:
Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
Coordinate and manage calendars for executives and team members.

**Data Entry and Record-Keeping**:
Accurately enter and update information in databases and spreadsheets.
Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and accessible.

**Travel Arrangements**:
Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
Prepare travel itineraries and necessary documentation.

**Meeting Support**:
Arrange and set up meeting rooms.
Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and take meeting minutes as needed.

**Administrative Support**:
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
Provide general administrative support to team members as required.

**Customer Service**:
Greet visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Handle inquiries and direct individuals to the appropriate contacts.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
