**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Pre-Award:
1. Verification of Letter of Awards from customers.

2. Verification of tender proposals on business and commercial terms and conditions.

Award:
1. Interact with internal stakeholders to advise, prepare and lead contract negotiations with Enterprise Customers.

2. Develop creative solutions and persuasive arguments to overcome barriers and obstacles, and handle internal team disputes (i.e., differences of opinions on the best strategy to employ) with mínimal supervision.

3. Provide strategic guidance during the negotiation and development of contracts.

Post-Award:
1. Assess coaching needs, develop and execute training approach; drive business meetings to develop partners, engagement leads and other team members with key negotiating skills required.

**CANDIDATE MUST HAVE**
- Degree in related field.
- An advantage to have CICCM Certified/Legal Qualification

**WE VALUE**
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Contract Management/Legal/Procurement will be an added advantage.
