Admin Assistant/executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Supports senior-level managers/ account managers and any other sales staff
- Oversees the maintenance of division processes involve TM, Celcom and future products.
- Performs administrative and division support activities including problem solving via fielding telephone calls and agent or principle visitation.
- Acts as a liaison between principles and agents/Internal Sales Person/customers professionally, making sure sales cycle is complete with satisfaction and execute plan accordance to division directions.
- Constantly keep up to date knowledge of broadband products (TM/Celcom, Maxis, TIME, etc), processes and learn from principle and explain to agents/ Internal Sales Person/customers.
- Conduct broadband products training to staff/related parties as and when required.
- To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Preferred language (s): Chinese
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Organized and excellent time management skills.
- Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required.
- High level of conceptual, meticulous and good analytical skills
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh, Perak.
