**Key Responsibilities**
- To recruit new franchisees for the company's franchise expansion.
- Screen potential franchisees by analysing investment requirements, franchisee’s potential, financials and experience.
- Provide & developing product training and marketing support for the new opening of a franchise outlet
- Managing day-to-day operations of a company’s franchise outlets, including marketing and advertising campaigns, developing the training program for the franchisee, training new employees, and ensuring that all franchisees comply with company standards.
- Ensure that Company’s brand is communicated and maintained in all franchisee communications and marketing activities.
- Review financial statements to determine whether franchisees are profitable or losing money.
- Follow up and liaise with other departments for achieving effective and efficient management support for franchise outlets.
- Drive sell-through, monitor Franchise store performance KPIs and align sell-out process across internal functions.
- Work closely with senior management (Head Office) and franchisees to develop annual plans and strategies for franchise outlets.

**Job Requirements**
- STPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
- At least 4-6 years of experience in handling franchise outlets.
- Able to travel nationwide.
- Good with numbers and possess commercial sense.
- Excellent time-management skills and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in business presentation, negotiation, interpersonal and communications skills.
- Able to work under mínimal supervision.
