**Responsibilities**:

- Provide day-to-day support and assist for end-users of Laptops, PCs, or Servers.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with PCs, powerful workstations, laptop hardware and software on-site and remote.
- Configure & troubleshoot endpoint devices, operating system, desktop, and all IT hardware assigned.
- Support operating system such as Windows & Linux.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot computer and general hardware issue.
- Exercise independent judgement consistent with department guidelines or standards.
- Organize and prioritize workflow and to meet established timeframes.\

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Familiar with IT Hardware components is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with minimum supervision.
- Ability to work independently and be a team player.
- A highly motivated and innovative team player.
- Possess a good communication and written in English Language.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
