**Requirements**:
1. Preferably with experience in telecommunications industry.
2. Strong capability to establish long term relationship with channel clients and be able to manage and utilise multiple resources in the company toward the generation of solutions & integration of projects.
3. Self-motivated & result driven, including success in achieving progressively higher quota or other sales related goals.
4. Good communication skill, pro-active, and able to think-out-of-the-box.
5. Good presentation skill & have strong initiative to grow the business.
6. Customer oriented & able to provide good customer service.
7. High level of urgency & speed in executing sales closure with an eye for after sales servicing.
8. Frequent travelling is required for work purposes.
**Minimum Education Requirement**:
Minimum with degree in business or marketing, MBA will be added advantage.
**Strategic Requirement**:
- Responsible to manage dealer/distributor in achieving profitability, sales & recruitment activities planning, dealer classification, people management & development, localised strategic planning & growth, managing & execution of all Tune Talk campaigns & programs, and affiliate programs.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the performance of regional’s state channels by achieving monthly regional target.
- Responsible for recruitment & expansion of business channels and assigned territories to meet goals set for the assigned region.
- Responsible in managing & ensuring the continual growth of channels potential and as align with Tune Talk directions & sales target.
- Responsible and manage all current & future Tune Talk campaigns, programs or affiliate programs at each state under the assigned region.
- Delegation & segregation of responsibilities/work to each state under the assigned region.
- Understanding local cultures & trends of each state under the assigned region and custom localised sales/recruitment activities for continual growth.
- To ensure & groom each state’s SM/ASM/AE to their best performance in allocated respective KPIs.
- Lead & motivate channels to achieve sales target, to organize and conduct regular training for channels and/or staffs in various aspects pertaining to Tune Talk’s products & services.
- Co-ordinate operation sales flow between channels, Sales Support & Customer Service to ensure timely activation, delivery of POSMs or products & services to business customers.
- Co-ordinate between channels and other department/subsidiaries to ensure of all the flows are in well manner.
Track & monitor daily sales & recruitment performance of team and reporting.
Conduct Monthly Regional/State/Area Sales Performance & proposals.
Identify & work with strategic Partners.
Provide market intelligence on other competitor’s products, package’s offerings & sales activities, and at the same time to gather channel’s feedback on Tune Talk’s promotions & activities.
Develop state tactical plans for execution of sales tasks and activities in order to achieve sales objectives, ensuring it’s aligned to Regional Sales Strategy Planning.
Develop and maintain strong dealer engagement in order to achieve sales objectives.
Lead, coach & guide the regional team in developing management skills & technical expertise to enhance capabilities and deliver up to expectations.
Frequent on ground monitoring & travelling to each state under the assigned region for channel & staff visitation/meeting/sales activities.
**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
