**Responsibilities of the Role**:
***Category Strategy Development**
- Assess opportunities, shape and develop category sourcing strategies and/or execute defined category strategies for Marketing BTL and Professional Services
- Develop business case, cost/benefit analysis to support Optimisation/Efficiency opportunities.
- Present complex category and commodity operational/financial data to stakeholders/executives
- Demonstrates sound track record in Corporate Services categories such as, Legal, HR, Financial Services, Insurance and Travel
- Conduct macroeconomic & category spend analysis utilizing data from Grabs Spend Analytics Tool (PowerBI) & external market data

***Stakeholder Management and Business Partnering**
- Collaborate & Build relationships with business stakeholders to proactively identify business needs, for example : seeking measures to improve agency/supplier performance through effective contracts, performance evaluation, and active mediation in resolution of issues
- Rationalizing the supply base and developing preferred roster of suppliers. Actively benchmark, negotiate costs and drive best in class SLAs
- Partner effectively with legal teams in reviewing and approving contracts/agreements
- Collaborate and lead internal procurement teams to deliver flawless end-to-end procurement projects (source-to-contract, procure-to-pay)

***Procurement Discipline Mastery**
- Own the process for supplier management from sourcing, selection, evaluation, pricing, contract management, contract compliance and audit inquiries for Corporate & HR Services
- Attention to detail in drafting & reviewing commercial documents (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, Contracts)
- Analyze, implement and develop or follow thru cost savings initiatives; Knowledge in spend analysis, demand forecasting
- Develop and deploy change management practices relating to assigned categories
- Aware and experienced with Procure to Pay fundamentals

***Internally driven, externally inspired**
- Maintain strong awareness of the category thru investigation of new supply markets and assess capabilities

- Absolute integrity in managing the supplier relationship, avoiding real and perceived conflicts of interests
- Excellent in communications with all levels of the organization, and professionally with external partners;
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and possess strong prioritization skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under high pressure and fast paced environments
- Strong team player and able to lead or participate on cross functional teams to deliver collective goals;

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in any Business Management, Finance, or any relevant study.
- 5-10 years procurement experience in leading or managing within Professional/Corporate Services categories
- Prior experience in working with cross-functional teams, and possess cross cultural competency
