**Job Position: Administrative Assistant**
Our client is a leading German MNC, a world leader in the portable outdoor power equipment industry including trimmers and blowers. They are looking for an administrative assistant to perform clerical and administration duties to help the office run smoothly and efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handling and preparation of documents, reports and presentations
- Assist the planning and organization of training
- Schedule of logistics arrangement with vendors.
- Preparation of relevant documents and bookings for training trips
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in arts or related
- Advanced knowledge in the following computer programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, and
- PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills
- Well converse in English
**Other information**:
- Location: Kota Damansara
- Working Model: Hybrid, 4 + 1
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
