**Job Overview**:

- Support the HR Manager in managing and coordinating all aspects of the company's human resources and administrative functions.
- Manage and oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Responsible for implementing and administering policies, procedures, and programs related to HR and administration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Manage of HR administration functions which include payroll, manpower planning, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefit, employee training and development, general administrative works, employee relations and grievances.
- To attend all interview scheduled.
- Manage new employee orientation & induction.
- Handle employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health, dental, and retirement plans.
- To check monthly payroll report and monthly claims.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and conduct training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Oversee daily office operations, including managing administrative staff, ensuring office supplies are stocked, and maintaining office equipment.
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records and files.
- Ensure confidentiality of all HR and administrative matters.
- Coordinate and manage special projects and events as assigned by the HR Manager.
- To update all ISO & CIDB requirements.
- Undertake any tasks, as and when assigned by the Management

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and administrative management.
- Strong knowledge of regulations related to HR and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
