- 準備每日銀行存款餘額調節表。
- 維護灌裝系統的正確記錄和組織。
- 負責日常財務和帳務管理工作。
- 完成每週銀行檢查,以確保銀行業務沒有差異。
**要求:**
- 擁有豐富擔任行政助理、虛擬助理或辦公室管理助理的經驗。
- 辦公設備的使用知識,如印表機、電話線。
- 有會計助理或會計文員經驗。
- 具備基本簿記程序的良好知識。
- MS Excel 的高級等級和會計軟體的良好知識。
- 組織和多任務技能。
- 至少擁有工商管理或相關領域的文憑;擔任行政助理或秘書的額外資格將是一個優勢
