HR Admin Assistant(Receptionist)/immediately

**Reception Duties**
Attend all incoming calls
Handling any walk in interview & prepare Application Form
Handling JBB bag from outlet & check the documents for dispatch & checking
Arrangement for courier any document and mailing dispatch
Checking for cleanliness at lobby area (Storeroom / WashrooM/Filing area / Interviews rooms and etc)
**Service & Maintenance**
Handling production staff meal (JB & KL)
Handling photocopy service report and maintenance
Landscape and gardening service and maintenance
Daily coffee machine cleaning service
**Waste Management & Security Management**
Handling daily waste management report and security report
Supplier contract renewal
**Invoice & Ticketing**
Upload all invoices from suppliers, hostel bill, truck road tax and insurance renewal
Follow up admin invoice processing on Inistate
**Stationery**
Ordering monthly office supplies (stationery, papers) for all departments with purchasing
**Any Other duties assigned**
Get contact to the officer on compound notice about penalty
Contact the TM Unifi provider for outlet internet problem
Arrange document for HACCP AUDIT (Personal hygience checklist, production cleaning checklist)
**Requirement**:
- Able to work independently, multitask, meet critical deadlines and perform under pressure.
- Positive work attitude and good interpersonal and communication skills toward all employees.
- Posses strong integrity, high-level professionalism, and a mature approach.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
