Customer Service Executive

Support day-to-day Member Operations activities through effective communication with the Member Services team and Members via various channels.
- Efficiently manage manpower allocation for optimal operation performance.
- Provide guidance and support to new team members during their onboarding process.
- Analyze operational reports to identify areas for improvement and take necessary actions.
- Familiarize with internal department policies and procedures.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve performance and provide recommendations to the Manager.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational and procedural issues.
- Foster a positive working environment by building good relationships with the team.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve problems independently.
- Demonstrate self-motivation, attention to detail, and strong initiative.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to solve problems and carry out responsibilities with mínimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work on alternate Saturdays.
- Hybrid work schedule (3 days office, 2 days home).
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, alternate Saturday 9am-12pm.
- Salary can pay up to RM 3,500.
- Contract role with 3 + 3 months duration and insurance coverage benefit
