**Responsibilities**:
2. Understand and address customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.

3. Upsell and cross-sell Maxis products and services to maximize customer value.

4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide timely updates to customers.

6. Meet and exceed individual and team targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and sales goals.

7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance customer experience.

**Requirements**:
1. Fluency in Mandarin is a must, along with proficiency in English to ensure effective communication and documentation.

2. Proven experience in outbound customer service, telesales, or related role is preferred.

3. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and engage customers over the phone.

4. Strong problem-solving abilities to quickly resolve customer issues and provide satisfactory solutions.

5. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

6. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.

7. Flexibility to work in rotating shifts and weekends, as per business requirements.

8. Possess a positive attitude, high level of energy, and willingness to go the extra mile to delight our customers.
