Training Officer

Plan and design training program for all levels of employees according to business requirements.
- Analyze and develop training program for develop employee potential and work effectively and in line with the overall company’s strategy and current trends.
- Monitor the team performance to assess training effectiveness in partnership with manager of each team.
- Manage and record both internal and external training data of employees within department.
- Follow up on new technology and relevant knowledge to be applied to management effectively.
- Ensure the team is staffed with competent people capable in their current positions whilst being prepared and developed for the challenges of the future.
- Create and manage the training budget and submit to management.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Fluent in **English **and **Mandarin**. (speaking, writing, reading)
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
