We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Team Leader to drive our sales operations and help us achieve new heights in customer acquisition and revenue growth. As the captain of our inbound sales ship, you'll not only lead from the front in sales engagements but also play a crucial role in recruiting and empowering a team that's as passionate about sales as you are.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Spearhead the hiring process for the sales team, identifying and nurturing talent that will push our sales boundaries.
- Take charge of onboarding new sales personnel, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to succeed.
- Design and deliver a comprehensive training program that keeps the team sharp and up-to-date with the latest sales strategies.
- Continuously evaluate the performance of the sales team, ensuring alignment with our sales Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), particularly in lead follow-ups and conversions.
- Drive the team to hit key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales conversion rates, response times, and overall sales targets.
- Implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for team members who need a bit of extra guidance to meet their goals.
- Foster a collaborative and motivating team environment that encourages growth and celebrates achievements.

**Your Goals**:

- Cultivate a high-performing sales team capable of turning leads into sales with effective conversion rate.
- Achieve and exceed a collective monthly sales goal, by strategically managing and supporting a team of sales professionals.
- Ensure prompt and efficient customer follow-ups, leading by example in customer interactions.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A strategic thinker with a successful track record in sales, preferably with experience in inbound sales environments.
- A natural leader who’s not just managing, but elevating a team, with hands-on experience in recruiting and training sales personnel.
- A results-driven professional with an analytical mindset, able to dissect sales data and pivot strategies as needed.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of building rapport with both team members and clients.
- Familiarity with the latest CRM and sales software, with a knack for leveraging technology to boost sales productivity.
- An inspiring team player who values integrity and accountability as much as we do.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
