Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Airfreight and Sea Freight is responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating logistics operations related to air and sea freight shipments. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The CSR will liaise between customers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure the smooth and efficient movement of goods from origin to destination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding shipment status, transit times, and any delays or issues.
- Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and other service providers to arrange bookings, pickups, and deliveries.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs declarations.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and assist customers with customs clearance procedures.
- Track and monitor shipments throughout the transportation process, proactively identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Communicate with internal departments such as operations, sales, and finance to ensure alignment and coordination of customer service activities.
- Update and maintain customer records, shipment files, and documentation in the company's database or ERP system.
- Assist with billing inquiries, invoice reconciliation, and resolving payment disputes as needed.
- Provide support and assistance to the sales team in generating quotes, preparing proposals, and following up on leads.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
