Customer Service Specialist(中英客服)

**Responsibilities**:
Handle complaints and disputes: Patiently listen to customer complaints, understand the root cause of issues, and effectively resolve problems quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage customer orders, including verifying order information, tracking logistics status, coordinating deliveries, etc., to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers.
Record customer information, issues, and solutions, and provide relevant reports and data analysis to improve customer service.
Collaborate with other departments, including sales, logistics, quality control, etc., to address customer issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Possess excellent English communication skills and may need to master other languages to effectively communicate with customers from different countries and regions.
Understand and respect customer needs from different cultural backgrounds, and adhere to the company's cultural values and policies.
**Job Requirements**:
Diploma or above, with more than 1 year of customer service or related work experience; experience in customer service is preferred.
Excellent oral and written English communication skills, able to communicate fluently with overseas customers; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Proficient in common office software, with good computer skills.
Ability to quickly analyze problems, find solutions, and handle pressure effectively.
Strong communication and expression skills, able to effectively communicate with customers from various backgrounds.
Working Hour: 9:30am - 6:30pm, Monday - Friday
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
