**Responsibilities**:
As a Presales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our client engagement process, responsible for:

- Supports the sales team and leads the technical aspect of the selling process including the developing and conducting of professional product presentations and demonstrations.
- Presenting and articulating advanced product features, benefits, product direction, and overall company software solutions and services provided.
- Carrying out tender responses, answering and expanding on functional / technical requirements within complex tender documents of potential clients.
- Responding to technical questions about the product or related infrastructure for both prospective clients and existing customers.
- Proactively engaging in the sales cycle by answering Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Deploying and conducting product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POCs) to suspects and prospective customers, tailored to their specific needs.
- Promoting the solution by creating and delivering initial high-level technical presentations to customers at all levels within their organization.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in pre-sales role

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
