Job description

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource function including but not limited to Recruitment, Training & Development, Payroll, and other Human Resource ad-hoc related matters.
- Manage all employee hostel accommodation issues, contract related issues, and transportation.
- Update the training documentation & Training Evaluation in HR System on timely manner.
- Coordinate with HOD’s on yearly TNI, TP and OJT identification.
- Prepare monthly lateness, absentee and MC report for Management meeting.
- Assist with monthly statutory submission and payments (EPF, SOCSO, EIS and HRDF).
- Draft and submit Purchase Requisition forms for HR department.
- Responsible to coordinate and communicate with company agents including but not limited to contract workers, cleaners, and security.
- Manage HR communications between HR and employees via Memo and Whats app group.
- Develop and conduct orientation/ induction for new employees.
- Facilitate with the on boarding of new employees including but not limited to Employment Contract, Face ID registration, Quality documentation and PPE on first day of employment.
- Manage stationary, uniform & PPE and monitor the buffer stock level.
- Facilitate and coordinate facility management.
- Maintain the Employee Locker Records.
- Verify employee claims and request for petty cash for any ad-hoc expenditures.
- Responsible to purchase and manage pantry items.
- Coordinate with cleaners to replenish pantry and toiletry item daily.
- Monitor the cleaners’ attendance and job performance.
- Member of the HIC committee and play an important role in ensuring safety compliance.
- Monitor and validate employee attendance records.
- Any other task assigned by Superior.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- HR ASSISTANT: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
