**Position Summary**:

- Responsible to strategize and planning of HR functionalities required by Corporate HR and Malaysia senior management team to meet the needs of their workforce management.
- Support the management and workforce in their day to day needs of business operations related to manpower management - recruitment, training, performance management, counselling and advise, policy and statutory HR local requirement compliance, compensation and benefits, employee relations and to drive culture change suits to Code of Business Conduct, mission, vision and values of STERIS.
- Collaborate with Management team in defining need of each sites and contribute to the achievement of the overall Malaysia business objectives. This position also will partner with individual manager and employee at various levels to provide human resources support and solutions. The sites are Kuala Ketil, Kulim, Batu Kwan, Rawang, Port Klang ( Pulau Indah) and Bangi, total headcount of all facilities is around 300-400, sterilization technologies including EO, Gama, X-Ray and E-bean.

**Duties**:
1. HR Partner for responsible legal entity, provide HR solution/service base on the business needs, including but not limited to performance evaluation, talent identification, merit increase, employee relationships, etc., and assist line managers to monitoring/improving employees' performance & morale
2. Facilitate HR initiatives roll-out and ensure positive impact to business including but not limited to people engagement, mentorship etc.
3. Act as the company culture and policy ambassador for the responsible legal entity, to share with employees on team's culture and policy to enhance the understanding.
4. Assist to plan for HC and work out the manpower budget, track manpower cost of AITS China
5. Understand the organization strategies & regional business directions and translate them into learning implications
6. Be responsible for annual learning plan development, implementation, and training operation (such as, registration, communication, logistic, tracking, reporting, vendor management, etc.).
7. To conduct training needs statistics on a regular basis and customize specific training plans according to the needs for relevant training.
8. Manage and govern learning processes including budget allocation and prioritization
9. Localize global standardized core training contents (such as: D&I, etc.) into Chinese with special local cases supporting
10. Make sure all trainings are delivered on time. Ensures all the trainings conducted with necessary record in compliance with company requirement.

**Education Degree**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources**Required Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related.
- Minimum of 10 years HR experience with full function and at least 5 years of management experience.
- Prior experience of working in plant HR is a must.
- Strong knowledge and experience in HR tools, processes and systems.
- Knowledge in Malaysia Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, OSHA, EPF, SOCSO, Inland revenue board and etc.
- Able to consolidate the training materials and deliver training to managers based on corporate training materials on talent review, employee engagement survey, GPS Orientation training, able to design and deliver Orientation training to new hires.
