**Qualifications & experience**
- Possess at least a SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Business studies or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Required language(s): English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 2 years Administrative work experience
- Active, Good personality, Positive Mindset and work attitude

**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative assistance to sales departments as needed
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, compile invoices, and route to the account department.
- Coordinate the ordering and inventory management of marketing materials and supplies.
- To assist in general administrative functions and ad-hoc assignments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
