**Responsibilities**:
**Platform Assistance**: Guide clients in navigating and using our trading platforms, including account setup, order placement, technical analysis tools, and risk management features.
**Issue Resolution**: Investigate and resolve clients' technical, trading, and account-related issues promptly. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure comprehensive solutions.
**Educational Guidance**: Provide clients with educational resources on forex trading, risk management strategies, market analysis, and platform tutorials to enhance their trading experience.
**Compliance Support**: Assist clients in adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements during account setup, verification, and transactions.
**Account Management**: Help clients with account-related tasks such as deposits, withdrawals, and document submission. Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
**Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from clients regarding their experiences, pain points, and suggestions for improvements. Share insights with relevant teams to enhance overall service quality.
**Market Insights**: Stay informed about market trends, economic events, and global news that could impact trading decisions. Share relevant information with clients to aid their trading strategies.
**Escalation Handling**: Escalate complex issues to higher tiers of support or management when necessary, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
**Qualifications**:
- **Customer-Centric**: Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining a client-first approach in all interactions.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and patiently to clients of varying levels of expertise.

- **Forex Knowledge**: Solid understanding of forex trading concepts, including trading terminology, order types, technical analysis, and risk management strategies.

- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with trading platforms, charting tools, and basic technical troubleshooting.
