- Identifying customer needs and developing proactive steps/action plans to maintain positive experiences by identifying gaps and suggesting improvements.
- Ensuring continuous improvement and/or preservation of CX Metrics e.g., OSAT, CSAT, etc.
- Responding to customers, NSC and CRC in a timely and effective manner.
- Being responsible and empowered for the immediate satisfactory settlement of escalated customer complaints.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and VCM to enhance customer experiences and brand awareness.
- Initiating, developing, and deploying customer experience strategies in line with Volvo Cars initiatives.
- Documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints.
- Training internal stakeholders in CX processes, as well as the One Voice and Salesforce platforms.
- Keeping informed of industry trends.
- Encouraging a consumer-centric culture and ensuring “voice of the customer” is continuously heard within the organization.
- Single point of contact for all CX related matters.

**Pre-requisites**:

- A bachelor's degree or minimum a diploma in a related field preferred.
- At least 2 years' experience as a customer experience specialist, or a similar customer support role.
- Experience in data management and analytics.
- Proficiency in MS Office, as well as CX and CRM software, such as Salesforce.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Exceptional people skills and a consumer-centered approach.
- Great organisational and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership, and critical thinking skills.
- Dedication to customer satisfaction and experience, acting with tact and diplomacy.
- Attention to detail.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
