**Who **Are We Looking For?**

A dynamic and ambitious Business Development Manager with extensive experience selling IT products and solutions, and a passion for increasing business and developing meaningful relationships. You must be capable of identifying business opportunities and articulating the value of what solutions Mobiz can provide. Business Development Manager will have an entrepreneurial leadership acumen coupled with a track record of consistently delivering growth and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and client needs.
- Build and manage key relationships with current and perspective clients and partners.
- Evaluate existing partnerships and develop strategies that effectively demonstrate and promote the value of continued service.
- Ensure existing clients and partnerships receive exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that increase business revenue and lead generation.
- Conduct research to stay competitive and informed on industry trends, new advancements, and new technologies.
- Identify and develop plans to increase company outreach and brand awareness.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients and partners ensuring they align with the company’s goals and resources.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales using CRM software.
- Report on sales and revenue goals, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.
- Manage and support business development and sales representatives and provide guidance when necessary.

**Qualifications**
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of selling Microsoft Azure products or consulting services and/or 5 years of selling ServiceNow products or consulting services.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development in the IT consulting industry.
- Must be experienced in selling Microsoft Azure and/or ServiceNow solutions and services.
- Minimum 3 years of experience of management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and CRM software.
- Lead meetings and present impactful presentations with an ability to influence C-level decision-makers; ability to adapt within a fast-growing and changing environment
