**Job Description**:
- Support the General Manager in all administrative functions including scheduling, invoice processing, call logs, and data entry
Karang surat-menyurat dan dokumen, draf dokumen, dan melaksanakan tugas perkeranian lain
Menyelenggara, mengemas kini dan memfailkan semua rekod, fail dan maklumat
Mengawasi bahagian pembelian / Jejaki perbelanjaan kakitangan
Menyelia dan menyelenggara inventori bekalan pejabat
Melaksanakan tugas-tugas lain yang diarahkan
1. Managing day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
2. Preparing and maintaining accurate and timely accounting records (Weekly / Monthly/ Yearly) such as:
a. General Ledger
b. Management Report
c. Income Statement
d. Balance Sheet
Must be able to use : SQL Accounting Software
