Customer Service Representative

Work Location: Johor Bahru City Square
**Responsibilities**:
2. To collect and record all relevant information accurately into the Intake system.
3. To report details of all complaints within the time frame to the department/personnel in charge.
4. To ensure consumer is kept informed of the progress of the complaint review and to communicate the results of the investigation as advised by supervisor.
5. To prepare daily reports of concerns received from consumers.
6. To achieve individual performance expectations and development.
7. To perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
**Job Requirements**:
3. Malaysia spouse visa holder is preferred.
5. Required Skill(s): Customer Service, Communication Skill, Active Listening, Typing Skill
6. 5 working days per week.
7. Training provided before start work
8. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
