HR & Admin Intern

Provide administrative support for HR daily function such as recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, employee contract, and exit process
- Input, update and maintain HR database while ensuring data accuracy
- Support HR-related training programs, workshops, and seminars
- Perform administration on documentations including, but not limited to, policies, summary plan description, invoices, contracts, P-File, and other compliance documentation
- Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency
- Provide support in administrations for Admin such as ordering of stationeries, pantry and etc
- Handle ad-hoc tasks may be assigned by the manager from time to time
**; Requirements**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility
- Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible
- Ability to read and speak Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus
- Open for an internship position for a duration of 4-6 month(s)
