To conduct business as a private employment agency, we are committed to supplying manpower to other employers such as the **service industry**, **construction,** and **agriculture sectors of Malaysia** and we are authorized to act for international workers in Malaysia and also have a **license C** from the **Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK).** We also employ foreign workers and handle visas and permits for foreign workers by the laws of the **Kementerian Dalam Negeri (KDN), Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK),** and **Immigration Malaysia**

We are looking dedicated Payroll Cum Admin which responsible for preparing payroll and administration work.

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**
- Prepare monthly payroll, reports and ensure are carried out systematically, accurately and timely.
- To administer all payroll related information regarding salary, benefits, deductions, compensations (new hire, resignation, promotion, unpaid leave, staff repayment, overtime, bonus, allowance and etc.)
- To provide the annual and ad-hoc payroll related report.
- Responsible for prepare and keep records for SOCSO and payroll.
- Liaise with supervisor and customers for provide the worker’s attendance or relevant documents for payroll preparation.
- To ensure payments and contributions for statutory are prepared and paid timely prior to the dateline.
- Administration of all HR records and data in the employee master database and the payroll system.
- Issue and record all HR documents such as letter of employment, confirmation salary increment, resignation, etc.
- To update and keep record of employees’ expenses for medical and hospitalization claims
- Manage and update records of employees’ annual leave, replacement leave, maternity leave, paternity leave, etc.
- Manage and safekeep records of maternity register.
- To review, verify and keep records of expenses claims from all employees.
- Work with the HR Manager to issue and monitor staff performance appraisal for confirmation.
- Filing and ensuring proper documentation of all paperwork.
- Assist main office with recruitment related duties.
- Ensure all licenses are up to date.
- Any ad hoc assignments instructed by the HR Manager or superior.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**
- Minimum 1-2 years of working HR experience would be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel.
- Being able to work independently.
- Prior experience in HR admin or recruitment is advantageous.
- Detailed and meticulous and able to multi-task.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proactive, multitasking and aggressive.
- Good in planning and detailed oriented.
