F&b Chief Operating Officer

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chief Operating Officer (COO) to elevate our restaurant business to new heights. As COO, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurants, ensuring efficiency and excellence in customer service. You will work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement strategic plans, optimize business processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple restaurants, ensuring service quality, hygiene standards, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure all restaurants comply with company standards and regulations, maintaining food safety and quality.
- Manage and optimize the supply chain, ensuring the quality and stability of raw material supplies.
- Enhance customer experience, address major customer complaints and feedback, and drive continuous improvement in customer service.
- Lead employee training and development programs, motivating and nurturing high-performing teams.
- Develop and execute budgets, monitor costs and expenditures, and improve profit margins.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and market share.
- Drive the development and introduction of new menu items, staying abreast of market and consumer trends.
- Ensure all restaurants comply with relevant laws and regulations, establishing a risk management system.
- Report on operational status to the CEO and senior management team, providing detailed operational reports and analysis.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Over 10 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with at least 5 years in senior management roles.
- Experience managing multiple outlets or chain restaurants.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, capable of motivating and developing team members.
- Strategic planning and execution capabilities, driving long-term company growth.
- Proficiency in budget management, cost control, and financial analysis, with the ability to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
- Strong customer service orientation, promoting and maintaining high-quality customer experiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective in communicating with employees, management, and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Ability to drive innovation and change, adapting to and leading market changes.
- Deep understanding of food safety regulations and best practices, ensuring all restaurants meet standards.
- Knowledge of supply chain management in the restaurant industry, optimizing procurement and inventory processes.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Results-oriented, focused on achieving high targets and performance metrics.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to various challenges.
- High integrity and professionalism, maintaining the company's reputation and values.
