**Job Summary**
- Responsible in general administration functions to ensure the daily operations are effectively run and are in compliance with the relevant policies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle office administration (stationery, smock and ESD).
- Handle and monitor performance of cleanliness in the company.
- Responsible in recruitment (local worker) and orientation training for new hiring.
- Develop, oversee & improvise recruitment process.
- Keep track on employee’s records.
- Monitor and maintain records of medical claim.
- Monitor and controlling locker for operator.
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by superior.

**Job Qualification**
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Senai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
