HR, Performance Management Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Propose and prepare the annual increment and bonus budget, distribution, increment and bonus matrix.
- Facilitate the annual performance exercise which includes system readiness and employee communication for goal settings, continuous performance management, confirmation appraisal review and semi-annual performance review, performance and promotion calibration.
- Collaborate with functional head for development plan and L&D for the potential training needs from the performance summary.
- Track, monitor and close follow up of initiatives with stakeholders / HRBP for the annual review progress.
- Continuous review and update or propose for process improvement to ensure the effectiveness of the Performance Management System within the organization.
- Collaborate with C&B for the reward matrix.
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills and logical thinking.
- Knowledge of local labour laws regarding employment issues and related matters.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin languages.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, changing environment.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)
