Senior Culinary Manager

This exciting opportunity exists within our esteemed culinary department at Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Main ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will assist the Chef de Cuisine in overseeing the daily operations of the Western Kitchen, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
You will lead by example, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Essential Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with MS Office and recipe management systems.
