Elsa Talent Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO.

**Job Description:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless communication flow within the organization.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Book and manage meeting rooms, preparing them for scheduled meetings.
  • Arrange and coordinate courier services for document and package deliveries.
  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

**Communication Handling:**

  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Forward and route phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Screen and manage phone calls to ensure effective communication flow.

**Document Management:**

  • Sort, organize, and distribute incoming documents and mail.
  • Assist with filing and maintaining electronic and physical records.

**Administrative Support:**

  • Provide general administrative support to the office as required.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

**Estimated Salary: RM 50,000 - RM 70,000 per annum**, depending on experience and qualifications.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Minimum of SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) required, diploma or degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
