Job Overview

This role involves developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies for existing clients, ensuring timely renewal closure and identifying opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our services, solutions, and software, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develops an in-depth understanding of client needs and preferences, identifying opportunities for growth and recommending tailored solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, leveraging industry knowledge and technical expertise to drive sales performance.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Tracks and reports on key sales metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and improve overall performance.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education: Four-year or graduate degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or related discipline.
  • Experience: Typically 2-4 years of work experience in technical selling, consultative selling, account management, or related field.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Business-to-business sales, customer relationship management, demonstration skills, enterprise sales, outbound calls, product knowledge, sales process, Microsoft Office, sales prospecting, selling techniques, solution selling, value propositions, effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, customer centricity.
